IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING ACCESS TO THE LAB RESULTS

Access to the Lab Results of a patient in the Willis-Knighton Health System is granted to Caregivers. The caregiver can access Lab Results by using a user ID and password assigned to him or her. When this login information is used to gain access to the Lab Results, the log in, time of access and the name of the patient whose Lab Results was accessed will be recorded. Willis-Knighton Health System does not authorize any individuals to use a user ID and password not specifically assigned to that individual. Misuse of the access may result in revocation of access.
